Security deposit or insurance?

To confirm your booking you must either pay a security deposit or stipulate the insurance that pays for you in case of cancellation. We strongly recommend insurance, especially when children are involved.

Can I book online?

That is not possible. We prefer to handle bookings directly to ensure the best possible sleeping arrangements and correct record of any allergies or intolerance to particular foods. Send us an inquiry with all your data and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! We have several rooms appropriate for the hospitality of small-to-medium dogs and cats. Let us know about when in your inquiry.

Children

Is it possible to prepare baby food for infants?

On the second floor of the residential section there is a small kitchen that parents can use to prepare baby food or snacks for their children. The main kitchen can also prepare vegetable or meat broth on request. For more information, see the page devoted to Children.

When is it possible to take advantage of the activities?

Activities are available for children and adults at the hotel at certain times of the year: from mid-July to mid-September, during Christmas and Easter holidays and during the Mardi Gras season.

Food intolerances

What types of intolerance are taken into consideration by the kitchen staff?

Our hotel can guarantee a gluten-free and/or lactose-free diet. Other forms of intolerances are guaranteed upon agreement at the time of making your reservation.

When should I report my intolerance?

Every form of allergy or intolerance should be reported from the first booking contact with the hotel; we ask you to notify us of any intolerances or allergies before you arrive if you forget to do so at the time of booking.

Can people not suffering from celiac disease eat gluten-free at the hotel?

This is not possible, as the number of celiacs at the hotel is always quite large and involves a lot of work in the kitchen where the gluten-free meals are prepared. We want to reserve careful service to those who, for health reasons, require a gluten-free diet.

The Alpe di Siusi

How is the area reached?

The road that goes to the Alpe di Siusi is closed from 9 am to 5 pm every day. A convenient, modern gondola cableway enables tourists to reach the area without polluting.

How can I get from the hotel to the gondola?

A shuttle stops in front of our hotel about every 20 minutes and takes you directly to the gondola (in 5 minutes).

What is the altitude?

The hotel is about 1,050 meters above sea level and the Alp di Siusi is about 1,900 m above sea level.

Can I use the Mobilcard to go to the Alpine area?

No, you cannot use your Mobilcard to go to the Alpe. For further information, see the Mobilcard page.

Restaurant

Is the restaurant open to the public not staying at the hotel?

People not staying at the hotel can access it from 12:30 to 1:30 and from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. In view of the limited number of seats, it is advisable to make reservations.

Does the restaurant also serve gluten-free meals?

The restaurant offers the same à la carte menu with the same dishes in both versions, gluten-free and not.
