Savoury pancakes

Savoury pancakes with speck, salad and crème fraîche


  • 80g rice flour
  • 100g milk
  • 8g baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 20g sugar
  • 20g melted butter
  • 8g salt


Put all the ingredients together and blend with an electric whisk. Heat a pan with a little oil and pour a ladle of dough. Wait a few minutes and turn on the other side, like when you make crepes.

Crème fraîche:

  • 100g liquid cream
  • 100g white yogurt


Lightly whisk the two ingredients. Assemble the pancake, sliced speck and salad and cover with the other pancake. Pour over the crème fraiche.
