Panini

For about 12 panini

Ingredients:

  • 300g rice flour
  • 150g potato flour
  • 30g sugar
  • 30g carob flour
  • 5g salt
  • 80g olive oil
  • brewer’s yeast
  • 350g water

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together to form 12 panini and let them rise for 40 minutes on the baking tray. Bake the panini in a preheated oven at 210° for 16 minutes with a small water pot inside.
