Our parents are aging
From October 19 to 23, 2017
Course for children whose parents are aging, and operators in the sector of geriatric assistance
The course has both a psychological and a spiritual orientation and is intended for families involved in caring for an elderly parent. Mr. and Mrs. Gillini-Zattoni teach the course with focus on the psychopedagogical aspects, while Fr. Patrizio Rota Scalabrini and Fr. Enrico Minuscolo focus on the biblical and spiritual aspects.
The purpose of the course is to prevent the elderly person’s offspring from holding onto unrealistic expectations, causing the relationship to become rigid and hyperprotective.
